Fitness Kick-Boxing
This program is specifically designed for older teens and
adults. It is a fun, non-competitive Kick-Boxing program
focusing on
advanced kicking, punching and blocking drills combined
with fitness and
strength training, co-ordination and bag work drills.
Excellent for individuals with the desire to train in
martial arts, but have a limited time restraint. An
excellent stress
relief of
everyday pressures.
