This introductory martial arts program for ages 4, 5, and 6 year olds is a skill orientated program, reinforcing the skills of FOCUS, SELF-CONTROL, TEAMWORK, FITNESS, PERSONAL SAFETY, RESPECT, CARING, BALANCE,CO-ORDINATION, MEMORY AND SELF-ESTEEM. A positive reinforcement system for good behavior and an excellent preparation for the Junior Champs and Junior Stars programs.
